  1. How do I register my child for the shibir?

    If you haven't registered your child yet, please do so as registration is required. Visit our registration page or Contact us for details.

  2. Can my child give a presentation at the shibir?

    If your child is interested in presenting, but he or she is not listed as a presenter, please let us know by June 5th. The topic must be relevant to the shibir's theme.

  3. Is the shibir available to children/youth living abroad?

    Yes, While we do not plan to live broadcast the event, we will provide secured access to watch the sessions later. For this, children and youth living abroad must register before February 28th, 2025.

  4. What about accommodations?

    Please reserve your stay with us. We will assign the person for booking room.

  5. What are the safety guidelines for children?

    For safety reasons, children not accompanied by an assigned adult will not be permitted at the shibir. Parents meeting to follow in May before shibir starts, for safety and overview.

  6. Can adults with no participating child attend the shibir?

    The focus of this shibir is primarily on participating children, youth, and their parents. Other adult Sundersath can attend provided they are willing and ready to serve as volunteer for any assigned services (Seva) at the shibir.

  7. How can young adults contribute?

    We need young volunteers! Please encourage your youngsters to participate and help in various capacities during the shibir.

  8. What are the singing activity guidelines?

    Adult Sundersath who would like to sing during the shibir should prepare Wani or Bhajans that match the program theme "I am Sundersath". Please finalize your song list by February 28th, 2025 and feel free to bring your musical instruments.

  9. How can I contribute $$ Seva for the Shibir or ongoing weekly classes?

    Financial Contributions are welcomed and appreciated from All Sundersath (participating or not). So, please consider donating to support and grow our activities.

  10. Is there a dress code?

    There is no strict dress code, but we prefer everyone to dress comfortably and considerately, in keeping with the overall setting of the shibir.

  11. What should parents know about safety and security at the shibir?

    Our shibir facility is in a safe environment. Parents are expected to keep an eye on their children whenever possible, especially during off-class activities, outdoor games, and outings away from the shibir facility.

  12. Are kids allow to explore smoky with their parents?

    Kids must attend full program schedule of the day and they can do so after hours.
